Easy to transport and assemble on site, right where you need it. Two types of torch holders let you switch between plasma and oxy-fuel cutting to suit the job.
Delivers powerful and consistent cutting performance across a wide range of metal materials with precision and reliability for demanding applications.
User-friendly interface and intuitive controls make operation easy, even for less experienced users. Minimal training required to get started.
Reduces operational costs by minimizing material handling, setup time, and errors — a smart investment that improves productivity and ROI.
Adapts to different materials, environments, and project requirements, suitable for both workshop and on-site operations.
Arc voltage control, corner speed control, and kerf compensation with kerf check ensure consistent accuracy on complex profiles and repeated parts.
Place both torch types simultaneously on the machine. Switch processes in seconds — no reconfiguration of the unit or the track needed.
Built-in library of 50 shapes, USB program loading, EIA programming (M- & G-Code) and full CAD — all included, no extra software needed.

The EX‑TRACK® CNC Cutting System represents the latest generation of high-precision, programmable and portable cutting systems designed for workshop or on-site use. It functions similarly to fixed table-type equipment with large gantries and features either an oxy-fuel cutting torch, a plasma cutting torch, or both.
The CNC capability enables cutting of complex shapes with high accuracy and repeatability, plus manual cutting functionality for simpler applications. The system is transportable and can be easily carried by two people to job sites.
Key features include arc voltage control, corner speed control, kerf compensation with kerf check, a built-in library of 50 shapes, a USB port for program loading, simultaneous placement of two torches on the arm, jump-to capability for any program line or pierce point, pre-tracing, program interrupt and resume, and simple EIA programming (M- & G-Code). It includes a 7" high-resolution LCD display and can be programmed manually or from the shape library; programs can be loaded via USB from off-line programming software, with AutoCAD parts drawings stored in DXF file format.
Yes, but it is not recommended. You must ensure divided arc voltage in the ratio 50:1 for the EX‑TRACK® CNC unit. The plasma power supply must feature ONLY CONTACT IGNITION – NO high-frequency ignition. Contact your local plasma supplier for guidance on interfacing another brand's power supply.
Not recommended. The EX‑TRACK® CNC can only accommodate the FHT torch, which is capable of up to 105 A and a 35 mm diameter. Larger plasma systems use heavier torches that cause faster wear or failure of the lifter, increase the risk of arm vibration during cutting, and are generally incompatible.
Yes. The language can be changed by pressing G+G+3, navigating to "Language" using the arrows, pressing Enter, scrolling through the languages with the PgDn or PgUp buttons, and confirming your selection with Enter. English is pre-set from production.
The EX‑TRACK® CNC can carry one plasma torch and one oxy-fuel torch at the same time. You may purchase the machine with both, but the torches must be manually swapped in the torch holder when changing process — only one torch cuts at a time. Plasma cutting includes automatic cutting-height setting based on arc voltage control, whereas oxy-fuel cutting does not have this function.
Yes, basic nesting software called FastCAM® is included. It provides full CAD, manual/auto nesting and a CNC code generator. All software support is provided online by FastCAM® directly, not by THERMACUT®.
The EX‑TRACK® CNC has a USB port that lets you load drawings from a USB memory stick to the CNC, save drawings from the CNC to USB, save and load CNC parameters (backup), and load new firmware. USB memory sticks must be formatted in FAT or FAT32; smaller capacities (4 or 8 GB) are preferred.
Yes, provided the software exports program files in ".TXT" / ".NC" / ".CNC" formats and uses the correct postprocessor (start or Starfire). THERMACUT® cannot provide support for issues with cutting programs generated from alternative software.
